Karak (October 15, 2018): Jamiat-Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has narrowly escaped an accident near Karak on Monday night.
According to the details, a police vehicle in the convoy of Maulana Fazlur Rehman collided with a passenger bus near Karak.
Fazal’s convoy was returning to Islamabad from Bannu on Monday after congratulating MMA’s winning candidate Zahid Akram Durrani in NA-35 Bannu by-election.
The police vehicle, which was part of the convoy, crashed into a bus which was going to Karachi from Peshawar. At least seven people, including police personnel were injured in the accident.
Earlier on October 10, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman had met with former president and PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and agreed to give tough time to the government.
Sources said that the PPP and JUI-F leaders discussed the current political situation in the country. They also discussed the grand opposition alliance for giving tough time to the PTI-led government.
