Federal cabinet approve 7 Memoirs for investment between Pakistan and Kuwait

Islamabad: The caretaker federal cabinet has approved 7 Memoirs for investment between Pakistan and Kuwait, the Cabinet also approved the decisions made in the meeting of the Economic Coordination Committee and the Cabinet Committee on Legislative Affairs.

A meeting of the caretaker federal cabinet was held today in Islamabad under the chairmanship of Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar. The Cabinet approved 7 Memoirs for investment between Pakistan and Kuwait. The agreements will be signed during the Prime Minister’s visit to Kuwait.As a result of the efforts of the Special Investment Facilitation Council, Kuwait will sign memorandums of understanding to invest $10 billion in 7 projects in various sectors in Pakistan.

The projects include expansion of water reservoirs, mining facilities, protection and expansion of Tamar forests for coastal areas, investment projects in the IT sector and food security projects. appreciating the actions of the Special Investment Council, the Prime Minister directed that cooperation with the provinces should be ensured in these Memoirs signed at the federal level so that these projects can be completed quickly and transparently.The Federal Cabinet approved the decisions made in the meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Legislative Affairs on November 14.The Cabinet also approved the decisions taken in the Economic Coordination Committee meeting held on November 15.
