KARACHI: The advisor to chief minister Sindh Murtaza Wahab said on Thursday that federation has the control of the K-Electric and has the right to ask KE over its performance.
Talking to media outside the Sindh assembly, Murtaza Wahab said that 20 persons electrocuted during the recent rains in Karachi but who will hold KE accountable as the federation is controlling it, however federal ministers have not expertise except tweets.
“KE generating billion of rupees profit from Karachi and Hyderabad therefore, its board of director should be questioned,” he said adding that when Karachi people asked for a reply they were denied and made it satirical.
CM Sind advisor said that there is need to work on human rights rather playing politics as federal government promised to allocate funds of Rs 162 billion but even a single penny was not given to Karachi.
