Lahore (July 25, 2017) The FIR of Lahore suicide attack that killed at least 27 was registered at CTD Police Station.
The FIR was registered on the compliant of SHO Abid Baig under Section 302, 324, 148 and 149 of PPC, besides Anti Terrorism Act 1997 sections.
As per initial report, the suicide bomber was on a motorcycle.
Meanwhile, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed the responsibility for the attack. The terror outfit also released name and picture of the alleged suicide bomber.
Police said that the bomber was a teenager and his target was police.
Some 12 kilograms explosives besides ball bearings were used in the attack.
The body parts of the suspected suicide bomber were sent to Forensic Lab.
It is to be mentioned here that a suicide attack in the Ferozepur area of the provincial capital on Monday afternoon killed 27 people and injured score others.
Among those martyred in the attack, there were nine policemen.
Many of the injured are said to be in critical condition.
