RAHIM YAR KHAN: Fire, which erupted after explosion in 36-inches Qatar pipeline has been extinguished.
According to details, fire erupted in Bhong in the main gas pipeline after an explosion. Fire was spread to sugarcane fields nearby.
Asia’s biggest gas terminal and LPG main line are near the pipeline, where the fire was erupted, according to police.
Fire brigades and rescue teams arrive at the location and extinguished the fire after hours of struggles.
Reason of the fire is yet to be knows, rescue source quoted.
