Floods kill 14 in Thailand

BANGKOK: At least 14 people have been killed  and about 0.5 million people were affected by the floods in Thailand.

According to the details, a low pressure system brought heavy rain to parts of the South including the island of Samui and Pha Ngan in the Gulf of Thailand. Train service between South part of the country and Malaysia suspended due to floods.

Unexpected heavy rains caused floods and drainage problems in the country. Officials feared that death toll could increase.
