Islamabad: Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has appealed to the 65 million Muslims residing in Europe to play their active role and raise the voice against the Israeli Forces’ heinous attacks on the Palestinians.
Talking to newsmen in Multan on Thursday, he said that Muslim Parliamentarians in Europe and Britain are effective voices and they should raise the Palestine issue and influence in solving the ongoing crisis in Palestine.
He said that Pakistan is making efforts to mobilize the international community to intervene for the safety of Palestinians from the brutalities of Israeli forces.
He said that the entire Pakistani Nation is standing firm and united with Kashmiri and Palestinian brethren to resolve their issues.
Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that Afghan issue has been discussed in the last trilateral meeting held in Turkey and foreign office is making efforts for another conference in Turkey after Eid to find a way forward in settling the Afghan issue.
He said that border fencing is being completed and our jawans laid their lives for the protection of borders of Pakistan.
He said that Pakistani prisoners who are in lock ups in Saudi Prisons in minor crimes would benefit from the MoU recently signed in Jeddah by him.
