QUETTA: The funeral prayers of eight people, who were martyred earlier today in a suicide attack, offered here on Friday night.
According to details, provincial home minister Zia Langu, health minister Naseebullah Marri attended the funeral prayers.
At least sixteen people were martyred and more than 30 sustained severe injuries after a bomb went off in a fruit market in Hazarganji of Quetta on Friday morning.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has strongly condemned the blast that took place at a fruit market of Quetta’s Hazarganji and ordered an immediate inquiry into the matter.
According to details, the Premier has sought an inquiry report into the incident which claimed 16 lives on Friday morning.
He expressed his deepest condolences on the loss of innocent lives, issuing directives of facilitating the injured with utmost medical care.
