Karachi (September 07, 2018): Sindh Minister for Local Government Saeed Ghani on Friday announced that one-day salary of absent employees of Lyari Development Authority (LDA) will be deducted.
During an surprise visit to LDA officers, Ghani directed DG Lyari to take action against the absent officials.

The minister further added, “Those who do not show up at 9am have no place in the department.”
“I will keep showing up here at 9am every day and keep checking all the departments,” Ghani added.
Later, Ghani chaired a meeting in Karachi Development Authority (KDA).
The minister ordered to take attendance of the employees on the Bio-metric system.

The Minister made it clear that only punctual and willing workers will be given opportunity to work.
