Two minor girls were raped in two separate incidents in Muzaffargarh in Punjab and Karachi’s Machar Colony.
As per details, an eighth grade girl was allegedly kidnapped, tortured and then raped in Muzaffargarh.
According to her father four men kidnapped her daughter, tortured and raped her, and then left her outside the girl’s house. Police refused to register a case against the accused, the father added.
Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of the incident of torture and rape of the 8th grade girl student in Muzaffargarh.
According to a spokesman of the Punjab government, the Chief Minister sought a detailed report from the District Police Officer Muzaffargarh about the incident and ordered to arrest the culprits immediately.
In a separate incident, in Karachi Machar Colony neighborhood, an eight-year-old girl was raped.
A medical report confirmed the rape. Police has arrested the accused, a case has been filed against him in the Docks Police Station and an investigation is underway.
According to the statement given by the rape survivor, she was sexually assaulted by Gulzar at his shop on November 23. The eight-year-old is under treatment at Civil Hospital.
