Sialkot: Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan alleged that ex-chief minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif is active in London to conspire against the government to topple it adding that the government and its allied parties are determined to make country successful.
Addressing the media conference in Sialkot today, she said that the Prime Minister Imran Khan is committed to development and progress of the country as per aspirations of the nation while she urged the elected representative of the country to play their role in this regard.
Talking about the Republic Day of India which is being observed as a black day on both sides of Line of Control, the Special Assistant said Minorities are being targeted in India and international community is now negating it’s so called secularism of.
She said Indian illegal actions to suppress the innocent Kashmiris will yield not positive result.
She said on this day India should review its policies towards minorities and innocent Kashmiri people.
She reaffirmed Pakistan’s political, diplomatic and moral support to the valiant Kashmiri people in their just struggle for human dignity and their inalienable right to self-determination.
The Special Assistant said allied parties of the government have shown confidence in leadership of Usman Buzdar in Punjab.
