ISLAMABAD: The federal government has convened the meeting of 9th National Finance Commission on Monday.
The NFC meeting to be held in Islamabad will be presided over by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar. The meeting will be attended by provincial finance ministers and nominated representatives of the provinces and Finance Ministry’s high ups.’
The sources said that the meeting will review the reports of the four working groups.
Finance Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has announced to boycott the NFC meeting for non-provision of meeting’s agenda. The KP will be represented by Prof. Ibrahim Khan and provincial Secretary Finance in the meeting.
The last meeting of the 9th NFC had held in April last year.
