ISLAMABAD: The federal government has decided to challenge the restoration of federal tax ombudsman Mushtaq Ahmad Sukhera as law ministry to file an intra-court appeal against the Islamabad High Court judgment.
According to sources, on the direction of the government law ministry is preparing an intra-court appeal that will file in the next few days.
It is pertinent to say that Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Athar Manullah on Thursday directed the government to restore Mushtaq Ahmad Sukhera on the post of Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO).
