ISLAMABAD: The senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) Ahsan Iqbal alleged on Thursday that PTI government has failed in its diplomatic efforts over Kashmir and hurled blame on the opposition that it has not given value to Kashmir issue.
Talking to media outside the parliament, Ahsan Iqbal said that government was only busy to hurling allegations on the opposition, however, they would not bow down and will present the Pakistan case effectively.
“Before the August 5, when India abrogated IOK special status, even each child knows what was India’s intention but the government was sleeping as despite passage of one and half month PM Imran even did not visit a single country,” he said.
The former interior minister mentioned that if Nawaz Sharif was the prime minister he would have been visited minimum 10 countries as the PM AJK was reminding government his duty with tears in his eyes.
He claimed opposition wanted to bring the issue to the world as a lawyer of Kashmir but government’s ineligibility has become the bottleneck in their way.
