ISLAMABAD: The government has made no change in the petroleum prices on Friday for the month of February.
According to details, a day earlier Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has sent a summary to the federal government for recommending modification in prices of petroleum products.
OGRA was recommended to reduce the prices of petrol up to 6 paisas and 66 paisas in kerosine oil. The authority suggested raise in prices of high-speed diesel up to Rs2.47 and Rs1.10 in light diesel,however, the government has rejected the summary and retained the prices unchanged.
The petrol prices for February will remain Rs 116.6 per litre, Highs Speed diesel Rs 127.26 per litre, in kerosene oil 99.45 per litre and light diesel Rs 84.51 per litre.
