ISLAMABAD: Former interior minister Ahsan Iqbal demanded government on Saturday that government should make serious and effective diplomatic efforts to highlight the Kashmir dispute.
Addressing press conference, after PML-N re-organization committee meeting, Ahsan Iqbal said that giving more time to present government tantamount to put the country’s security and democracy on risk.
“PTI government failed to make diplomacy which will useful for Kashmiris only because of its inexperience and ineligibility, however not the government take measures for effective diplomacy,” he said.
The former interior minister said Indian should be compelled to lift curfew and to end blackout and for the purpose government should urge US president and other superpowers.
