LAHORE: Opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz will appear before Islamabad High Court on Wednesday (today) for extension in his bail plea.
Hamza Shehbaz’s bail plea which was filed in Saaf Paani, Money Laundering and assets beyond income case is ending today.
A two-judge bench of the court comprising Justice Malik Shehzad Ahmed and Justice Mirza Waqas Rauf will hear on the bail plea.
Stringent security measures have taken place in this regard.
National Accountability Bureau (NAB) will seek suspension of the bail plea of PML-N leader to arrest him.
It may be pertinent to mention that Anti-graft watchdogs have raided Hamza’s Lahore residence twice in the month of April.
However, NAB was unable to apprehend him despite consistent efforts.
