LAHORE: The leader of opposition in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz could not be indicted in Ramazan Sughar Mill case while Shahbaz Sharif did not appear before the accountability court.
According to details, accountability court-5 judge Amjad Chaudhry heard the case but could not be indicted Hamza in view o coronavirus spread fears and adjourned the case till April 10.
The same court has heard the Ashiana Iqbal case as accused principal secretary of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif Fawad Hassan Fawad appeared before the court, however, Shahbaz could not come up as his lawyer represented him.
Amid coronavirus fears Ahad Cheema and Shahid Shafique could not be produced in court, on which court adjourned the hearing till April 10.
