LAHORE: An Accountability Court of Lahore on Wednesday extended judicial remand of Opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz in the assets beyond means and money laundering cases.
According to details, Pakistan Muslim League -Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hamza Shahbaz presented before admin Judge Ameer Muhammad Khan in the assets beyond income and money laundering cases.
The court at the start of the hearing questioned the prosecutor when it will file the money laundering reference against the accused , to which, the prosecutor responded that the prob in the reference has been on as soon as it completes the it will be
The AC on the NAB prosecutor reply extended judicial remand of the accused for further 14 days and ordered to present the accused in the court on November 13.
Later on, Hamza Shahbaz presented before an accountability court of Judge Amjad Nazeer in the Ramzan Sugar Mills case while an impunity plea presented for Shahbaz Sharif as he is having back pain which was approved by the court.
A prosecutor of the NAB in the case informed the court that a supplementary reference of the Ramzan Sugar Mills has been prepared and soon it will be filed, on which completion of proceeding of the case the court extended the judicial remand of
Hamza Shahbaz for 13 days while the court ordered to present Hamza and Shahbaz on November 12.
