Islamabad (May 28, 2017): Intense heat wave continues making round around the country with weather remaining very humid and dry. According to Meteorological Department the intense heat wave will continue for another two to three days.
Th weather in the plain areas of the country is expected to remain mainly very hot and dry during the next 24 hours though scattered thunder showers may lash a few places in Kashmir and the adjoining hilly areas.
Lahore, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Sahiwal, Multan, D G Khan, Bhawalpur, D I Khan, Peshawar, Bannu, Sukkur, Larkana, Benazirabad, Hyderabad, Mirpur Khas, Sibbi, and Naseerabad will be hit by intense heat today.
Meanwhile, Turbat and Sibbi were the hottest places in Pakistan yesterday with 52 degree centigrade followed by Jacobabad with 51, Larkana 50 degree; Dadu, Sukkur, and Moenjodaro 49 degree while temperature recorded at Nurpur Thal, Bhawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan, Bhakkar, and Kot Addu was 48 degree centigrade.
