Heavy Downpour Causes Flood In Creeks, Drains Of Rajanpur

ISLAMABAD: After heavy rains and thunderstorm on Koh-i-Suleman mountain range, Rajanpur’s creeks and drains have been flooded, AbbTakk news reported on Wednesday.

According to the flood control room, as much as 7,000 cusec water is currently flowing in the drains and creeks near Kaha Sultan which has increased the water level in lower parts of the area.

On the other hands, the met department has informed that heavy rains were recorded in Haroonabad, Kehrore Pakka, Barkhan, Naukundi Dalbandin and other cities received heavy rains.

The met department has also predicted unstoppable rains in various parts of the country.

However, the weather will remain dry and hot in the metropolis, concluded met department.
