ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday asked for anti-graft body National Accountability Bureau (NAB) investigating officer to submit the whole record of the case against the Accountability Court decision to freeze accounts of Hijwiri Trust on a petition of Ishaq Dar.
The IHC two-member bench comprising Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani heard the former finance minister Ishaq Dar petition against the verdict of the AC.
The Court ordered the NAB investigation officer to submit all record of the case.
The IHC also approved the request of counsel of Ishaq Dar, Qazi Misbah for allowing time for the preparation of the case.
The court adjourned the hearing until June 26.
It is pertinent to mention here that the AC had frozen the accounts of the Hijwiri Trust over continues absence from the court.
