KARACHI: Personnel of a law enforcement agency (LEA) raided a public sector hospital located in Block-16, Federal B. Area and arrested a suspect from there.
According to details, Karachi Institute of Heart Diseases, a KMC-run health facility, was raided by the LEA men who searched the hospital and arrested a suspect. The arrested man was shifted to an undisclosed location for interrogation. During the raid, the LEA men seized important documents and computer data from the facility.
Meanwhile, police arrested a man allegedly involved in street crimes from Nazimababd area. Police recovered 18 mobile phones, cash and a motorcycle from the possession of the accused, who was later identified as Aqib alias Kekra. However, an accomplice of the accused managed to flee.
