Islamabad (Decmber 10, 2017): Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif has said that government accords top priority to Human Rights, democracy, and fullest implementation of development objectives.
In his message to marking the Human Rights Day which is being observed in Pakistan like elsewhere across the world today Asif said that Pakistan has legislate laws to effectively protect the Human Rights. The Constitution of Pakistan assures human rights to all its citizens and basic freedom, he added.
Pakistan got elected to Human Rights Council this year which shows the trust of the world community on it in this regard.
Condemning the serious violations of Human Rights by India in Occupied Kashmir the defense minister reiterated the resolve that Pakistan will continue diplomatic, moral, and political support of Kashmiris.
