On this day back in 1927 a classic Urdu writer was born, he was not other than Ibne-Insha. He got so much fame and popularity in the Urdu poetry and literature.
Sher Muhammad was his original name and “insha” was his pen name. He born on June 1927 in a village of Jalandhar in India.
Ibn-e-Insha started poetry in his school days. In his start days he used his pen name as “Mayoos Sehraye” pessimist deserter but after that he changed it with Ibn-e-Insha and got acclaimed in the world of Urdu literature.
He did different genres of poetry, besides that he wrote travelogue, humorous writings and also did translations and made himself alive in the Urdu literature.
