ICC announces schedule of Under-19 World cup 2016

International Cricket Council announced schedule of Under-19 world cup 2016. Event is set to launched from 27 January in Bangladesh. Pakistan will play its first match against Afghanistan on 28 January.

Event is scheduled from 27 Jan to 14 Feb in Bangladesh, sixteen teams are divided in to four groups.  Group A is consist of Bangladesh, South Africa, Scotland and Namibia while group B is consist of Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Canada. Group C members are England, West Indies, Zimbabwe and Fiji teams and group D is Australia, India, New Zealand and Nepal.

First match will be played between defending champion South Africa and Bangladesh in Chittagong. Pakistan will play its second match against Canada on 30 January and third match against Sri Lanka on 3 Feb.

Event’s final is scheduled on 14 Feb. Pakistan has two time U-19 world cup titles.
