Indian test captain Virat Kohli ball tampering video has surfaced while International Cricket Council (ICC) has categorically refused taking action against the Indian player.
The ICC spokesperson said that the video showing Virat Kohli doing ball tampering is old and action can not taken against the player.
As per the ICC laws, the world cricketing body can only take action within five days of when incident occurred. While Rajkot test between India and England had been played from November 9 to 13 and the Kohli tampered the ball using chewing gum.
On the other side South Africa’s skipper Faf du Plessis has been punished 100% percent amount of match fees and three demerits points have been added to his discipline record.
