Idlib: Bombings kill dozens, Vote on ceasefire at UNSC today

Suspected Air strikes believed to carried by Russia have killed at least 46 people in opposition-held parts of Syria, a monitor said, as the UN Security Council prepares to vote today on a resolution demanding a temporary ceasefire in Aleppo.

Meanwhile, according to the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitor at least 26 civilians were killed in Idlib, northwest Syria by suspected Russian strikes on the town of Kafr Nabel. A market was also reportedly hit by the blitz.

Eighteen people were also reportedly killed in suspected Russian strikes on the town of Maaret al-Numan.
