Islamabad: Former first woman Bushra Bibi has approached Islamabad High Court (IHC) to challenge call up notice of National Accountability Bureau in the probe of the toshakhana case.
In its petition, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Inaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan’s wife, has insisted the court to declare the NAB notice of February 17 and March 17 illegal.
She prayed the court to stop the NAB for taking action in the toshakhana case till an announcement of verdict in the appeal.
The PTI chief Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi didn’t attend in the NAB so far.
Today, the IHC has set the hearing of former premier Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi petition against the NAB in the probe of the toshakhana case on April 3.
The two member divisional bench headed by Chief Justice IHC Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Suman Riffat Imtiaz will hear the case.
