ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday extended interim bail of Nasir Janjua, a suspect in leaked video scandal, for one day.
An IHC bench heard the plea filed by Nasir Janjua for interim bail in the videogate involving judge Accountability Judge Arshad Malik.
At the outset of hearing, Deputy Attorney General told the court that Law Ministry had given an additional charge of Special Judge Central to Raja Jawad Abbas.
Nonetheless, suspect Janjua had also approached an Anti-Electronic Crime Court for pre-arrest bail.
However, the court dismissed the accused’s plea, objecting that it did not have a copy of high court’s verdict attached.
