ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has extended the interim bail of former Finance Minister and PML-N leader Miftah Ismail till May 30 in money laundering case.
As per details, a two-judge IHC bench headed by Chief Justice Athar Minullah resumed hearing on pre-arrest bail plea of senior politician Miftah Ismail.
During the hearing, NAB’s Investigation officer claimed that the Anti-graft watchdog was yet to issue an arrest warrant of the senior PML-N leader.
Ordering NAB to submit its reply in next hearing, the court adjourned hearing of the case till May 30.
