ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court has fixed the hearing of a plea seeking disqualification of former president Asif Ali Zardari on April 04, 2019.
According to details, High court judge Athar Minallah will take up the plea filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Usman Dar.
The petition states that recently a parking lot has surfaced in New York bought in name of Asif Zardari which amounts into crores of rupees.
The petition demands disqualification of former president Asif Zardari under Article 62 (1)(F) for ‘intentionally concealing offshore assets worth crores of rupees’.
