Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday issued notice to the federal government over the murder of 11 Hindus in India in the petition against the Pakistanis killing in India.
Chief Justice IHC heard the petition filed against the murder of 11 Pakistanis hindu in Jodhpur city of India.
Petitioner, IHC bar President Chaudhry Hasseb has filed the petition for the public interest and for the national cause. The hindus belongting to Pakistan who had gone to the brighter future in India murdered after they refused to become agents for Indian Spy agency Research and Analyzing Wing (RAW).
Athar Minallah said that raising voice for the minorities is the good thing and caring for the minorities is our constitutinal responsibility while the court has asked reply from Secretary foreign affairs, Secretary Cabinet Division.
The court has adjourned the hearing till indefinite period.
