ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has asked response from anti-graft body investigation officer while issuing him notice in the petition seeking the removal of Omni group’s Khawaja Namar Majeed name and accused in the fake account case from the exit-control-list (ESL).
The IHC judge Amir Farooq heard the petition against putting the accused of the fake account case and omni’s group Namar Majeed name on the ECL.
Namar Majeed counsel contended that the graft-buster body IO has informed the court that they did not need interrogation of his client Namar Majeed, despite that his name not removed from the ECL.
The court adjourned the hearing until after Eid after issuing a notice to the NAB investigation officer.
