IHC Rejects Security Plea Of Recently Converted Muslim Girls

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday announced its reserved judgment and asked new Muslim girls to move Sindh High Court (SHC) for relief.

Justice Mohsin Akhter Kiyani announced the judgment that was reserved in last hearing of the case.

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday reserved its judgment on maintainability of a petition seeking the security of two Hindu girls of Sindh who recently converted to Islam and married Muslim boys.

A divisional bench of IHC heard an intra-court appeal (ICA) of two new Muslim girls Ghulam Ayesha and Dua Fatima against the decision of single-member bench which dismissed the petition earlier.
