ISLAMABAD: An accountability court in Islamabad on Thursday granted the NAB two-week time to submit supplementary reference in illegal allotment of plots case.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) produced all eight suspects including former Karachi Administrator Hussain Syed, Matanat Ali and others before the court where Judge Muhammad Bashir conducted the hearing in the case.
During the hearing, the bureau requested the court to grant more time for the submission of supplementary reference.
Later, the court approved the NAB’s request and granted two weeks.
The suspects accused of illegal allotment of temple and library plots in Sindh which caused loss to the national exchequer.
Earlier, the court had declared one of the suspects Younus Qadwai “wanted” due to the regular exemption from the hearing.
