Islamabad (October 30, 2017): Imaan Hazir Mazari, the daughter of Shireen Mazari, strongly criticized the army’s role in the Faizabad agreement and alleged the forces of facilitating the protesters.
In her video message on Twitter, Imaan Mazari used very harsh language against the Pakistan Army and termed the protesters terrorists. She criticized the Army’s arbitrator role in agreement with the protesters to end the sit-in at Islamabad’s Faizabad Interchange.Imaan Hazir Mazari strongly criticized the army’s role in the Faizabad agreement. She said the protestors were not loyal to Pakistan and the agreement became a cause of embarrassment for the country.
Whereas Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shireen Mazari has distanced herself from her daughter Imaan Hazir Mazari’s views on the Faizabad fiasco and the resulting aftermath of the recent operation, which saw the government sign an agreement with the protesters, overseen by Pakistan Army.
In a statement on Twitter, Shireen Mazari said she “totally disagrees” with her daughter’s point of view and condemned the language used by her.
