Talks between International Monetary Fund (IMF) and Pakistan have commenced in Dubai.
A briefing has been given to IMF delegation by Pakistani team over reforms introduced in energy and tax sectors.
According to finance ministry spokesman the talks will continue to last till April 5. The talks are part of post program monitoring while finance minister will also take part in policy level dialogues.
The spokesman said that the IMF will also issue policy note on Pakistan economy at the end of the talks.
