ISLAMABAD: Firdous Ashiq Awan, Information Adviser to Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday said that an incompetent premier and Pakistan cannot go hand in hand and that’s the reason that one is detained in jail and the second has managed to flee abroad.
In her response to the press conference of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders, she said that the one who seeks an answer from them on their corruption is incompetent and the one who teaches them new lessons of money-laundering is a genius.
“Incompetent Prime Minister and Pakistan cannot go hand in hand and that’s the reason that one is detained in jail and the second has managed to flee abroad while the daughter’s father in law is a declared absconder,” said Firdous.
Criticizing PML-N leaders she said, “The one who grills them for their corruption is an incompetent man and the one who teach them new ways of corruption and money-laundering is a genius.”
“They were filled with arrogance at the time of their rule and even the leaders of their own party weren’t able to meet them,” she added.
“Imran Khan is fighting with the cancer of corruption and economic scarcity and the day is near when Pakistan will sail out of such difficult times,” she concluded,
