India Releases 10 Pakistani Prisoners

LAHORE: Ten Pakistani fishermen imprisoned in Indian jails have been released.

The fishermen were handed over to Pakistani authorities via Wagah border. The fishermen had mistakenly entered Indian waters five years ago.

According to Edhi’s spokesperson, 10 Pakistani fishermen were released by India. Pakistani fishermen had entered Indian waters by mistake five years ago. The released fishermen are from Thatta.

The spokesman said that the fishermen were handed over to the Pakistani authorities via Wagah border. The fishermen will be sent to Thatta in a special vehicle of Edhi Foundation.
