ISLAMABAD: India will hand over the body of Pakistani prisoner Shakirullah, who was killed in the Indian jail, to Pakistani authorities today (Saturday).
According to details, India will hand over Shakirullah’s body to Pakistani officials at Wagah border.
Shakirullah was subjected to death on Feb 20 by his inmates in the prison of Rajasthan’s capital city of Jaipur.
Pakistani inmate Shakirullah was in Indian jail since 2001.
Earlier on Friday, Pakistan handed over the captured Indian pilot Abhinandan to Indian officials at Wagah border.
IAF pilot Abhinandan was arrested on February 27, when his military jet MIG-21 crashed in Azad Jammu & Kashmir after being shot down by Pakistan Air Force.
