Islamabad (August 10, 2018) Indian high commissioner to Pakistan Ajay Bisaria called on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan on Friday at his Banigala residence and felicitate him on his party’s election victory.
Prime Minister-designate Imran Khan is busy in the formation of the government, however simultaneously foreign diplomats are also meeting him as today Indian high commissioner to Pakistan Ajay Bisaria met with him and discuss the issues attached to the bilateral ties.

He expresses the keen interest in Indian’s cooperation with newly formed and also assured to continue cooperation in various fields.
After the Indian diplomat congratulated Khan for his party’s victory in last month’s general elections, his host “expressed his grave concerns on the human rights violations in the occupied Kashmir”.
“I hope that the Saarc leaders’ conference will be held in Islamabad soon,” Khan said.Bisaria, too, hoped that a new chapter in the Pakistan-India relations would soon begin.
The high commission also presented to Khan a bat signed by the members of the Indian national cricket team.
On Thursday, Russian Ambassador Alexey Dedov called on the PTI chief and greeted him on his party’s victory in the July 25 election. The envoys of the US, China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UK and UAE have also met the PM-in-waiting to convey their government’s greetings.Indian PM Narendra Modi on July 30 made a congratulatory call to PTI Chief and expressed hope that democracy will take deeper roots in Pakistan.
