DUBAI: India have retained their top position in the International Cricket Council (ICC) Test team rankings in the annual update on Monday after getting clean sweep Test series victory against West Indian that helped to secure 120 points.
India now have 120 points while the second position shared between New Zealand and Sri Lanka with 60 points each.
Australia got 56 points after thrashing England in Ashes series. The series between New Zealand and Sri Lanka was drawn with 2-2 that caused 60 points each. England got 32 points as Australia on fourth and England dropped to 5th position.
