Multan (August 16, 2017): Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif suspended the XCN and SDO of the Centre for negligence while vsiting Kidney Centre here. Shahbaz arrived in Multan earlier today on one-day visit of the city.
Shahbaz took the administration of the hospital to task on seeing patients waiting in queues in General Ward. He inquired about the health of the patients and asked them about their treatment that resulted in piles of complaints by the patients.

Many patients informed Shahbaz that they have to buy most medicines from outside because they are not available in the hospital.
Talking to media later Shahbaz that a special team of Punjab Health Department will be sent to Multan to investigate that why the patients are not provided the medicines despite the full funding by the government.
The hospital bathroom where I tried to wash my hands had no water, if there is no water for even the VIP, I could imagine the in what condition the ordinary people would be facing, he said.
