Iranian Plane Carrying 60 Passengers Crashes

Tehran (February 18, 2018): An Iranian plane carrying at least 60 passengers had crashed after being  disappeared from the radar.

According to media reports, An Aseman Airlines flight carrying dozens of passengers from Tehran to Yasuj in Iran has crashed.

There were anywhere from 60 to 100 people on board the domestic flight. The plane vanished from radar after taking off at about 5am local time.

A crash site was found near Semirom. Rescue teams have been sent to the scene to search for survivors.
