Siraj Advises NS, IK to Avoid Controversial Statements

Peshawar (May 06, 2018): Jamaati-e-Islami (JI) Ameer Senator Sirajul Haq has said that irresponsible statements by the political leaders will make the upcoming elections controversial.

While hinting about the statements issued by former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif about ‘aliens’ and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan’s about the involvement of hidden forces in general elections, Sirajul Haq said that these types of remarks will affect the upcoming general elections.He was addressing to a public meeting in Peshawar. The JI leaders said that many people were feeling unrest after the restoration of Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA).Haq said the provincial government spent much money for the beauty of Peshawar but the delay in BRT project ruined the beauty of the provincial capital.

Haq expressed his grief over ignoring seminaries in the budget and said that these seminaries defend the ideology and the boundaries of the country. He also announced to reject the budget.
