Islamabad: 2 Chinese Nationals Robbed, Injured at Gunpoint

Islamabad (June 6, 2017): Four persons are being injured in what seems to an attack on Chinese nationals in the posh sector of the federal capital here.

According to details two Chinese citizens were taken hostage at gunpoint in a three-storey building in posh F-7 Sector here and violence were perpetrated on them.

The armed men also snatched away the cash and travel documents of the Chinese nationals who were staying in the building for matter pertaining to business.

The Chinese nationals have given an application to the Interior Ministry saying that they were kept in illegal detention at gunpoint.

The injured include Chinese nationals Leu Wenzing an Leu Xulong as well as two Pakistanis.

The two Chinese nationals have also written letters to SSP Islamabad and the related police station- the Kohsar police station.

Meanwhile, one of the suspect is being identified as Ishtiaq.
