ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court has ordered the administration to remove containers from roads. The court also barred the district administration from arresting PTI workers. PTI assured the court to implement court order about not closing down the federal capital.
While hearing the petition against the arrest of PTI workers Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui said that the party’s biggest problem is that it does not listen to anyone. Commenting about the character assassination of the judges and the court over yesterday’s order of the court he further he said that when a court gives an order it also knows how to get it implemented.
When he asked PTI’s counsel whether his client will close the roads or the city he replied that we respect courts and accept yesterday’s decision as it is.
Ordering the police to submit the list of arrested workers on October 31 the court ordered removal of containers from the roads of Islamabad with the direction that no container will be installed till October 31.
