Islamabad (June 20, 2017): Hot and humid weather in likely to persist in most parts of the country however many areas expected to receive rains with thunderstorm (with heavy falls in isolated places) during next 24 hours.
The Met Office forecast that rain and dust-thundershower is expected in scattered places in KP, FATA, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad divisions and Kashmir, while at isolated places in south Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Zhob Division.

It further said that light rain and drizzle are expected at few places in coastal areas of Sindh.
It said that during last 24 hours, rain and dust-thundershower with gusty winds occurred at scattered places in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore divisions while at isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, D.G. Khan, Multan, Bahawalpur divisions, Barkhan, and Kashmir.
The highest temperature was recorded in Nokkundi at 47°C, Dalbandin 46°C, Bhakkar, Dadu, Jacobabad, Sibbi, Shaheed Benazirabad at 45°C.
