Istanbul attack: Turkish media releases video of alleged assailant

ANKARA: Turkish media on Monday released the video of the alleged suspect involved in the attack on a night club in Istanbul on new year’s night that left 39 revelers killed and 61 injured.

The accused showing his passport to the Turkey’s officials in the video.  According to a foreign news agency, police was in search of the accused involved in ‘Reina’ night club carnage. Police conducted intelligence based search operations in different areas of the country on the third consecutive day.

Police took fingerprints of the accused from the scene and said that the he had fired about 200 bullets in seven minutes and changed two magazines.

Earlier, IS claimed the responsibility of the attack and threatened more attack in the country.
